Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading rotating equipment manufacturing company. The organisation is one of the industry leading organisations in the world with a renowned international presence.
Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager – South East Asia - based within the SEA region. This individual will lead the development of the aftermarket sales function.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
•A candidate local to the South East Asia territory. Expats cannot be considered for this role.•Educated with an Engineering or Business degree discipline•8+ years product line experience with multiple market exposure including Oil & Gas, Chemical & General Industry•Technical experience within the rotating equipment product line. Specific knowledge of compressor products preferred.•Proven sales network with specific aftermarket sales experience in the SEA territory across key markets•Ability to develop and maintain relationships with distribution network and key customers in the region
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:•Manage the development of the aftermarket function for the rotating equipment product line in the South East Asia market•Lead aftermarket sales activities developing relationships with key distributors and customers in the region•Target specific markets and industries in the region to generate revenue•Support the technical and aftermarket service teams in the region to deliver excellent customer service•Work with existing sales teams in the region to develop product and aftermarket sales strategy plans•Reporting into Regional Sales Director.
