With a reputation for employing the best candidates on the market & retaining solid performers, this is a company that offer outstanding compensation packages, a collaborative work environment and a balanced work-life culture.Job DescriptionDeveloping Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Developing Quality Management Plans (QMPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection & Test Records (ITRs);Review and approval of Electrical & Instrument work packs providing guidance and training on completion, distribution and records management prior to commencement of work;Monitoring work in progress to ensure job packs are followed and acceptance criteria are met;Providing Electrical & Instrument input into Quality Management database ensuing concise work completions tracking during Turnarounds and Major Events;Providing execution teams with technical advice and support;Inspection of Electrical & Instrument Equipment repairs at contractor facilities;Following standard processes for quality, work packs, inspection and statutory compliance.
Job RequirementsOver 5 years relevant rotating equipment experience;Mechanical Engineering qualifications or trade certificate with 8+ years relevant experience;Large General Electric (GE) frame gas turbine or aeroderivative engine experience preferred;Ability to prepare reports and concept plans;Excellent oral and written communication skills;Computer proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications;Demonstrated commitment to customer service and community consultation processes;Ability to manage a range of varying tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve performance targets;Analyse problems and compiling reports focusing on solution options;Ability to record and maintain accurate information within the Corporate Information Management System in accordance with organisational procedures and protocols.
