Responsible for all running/rotating equipment of the mechanical department for topside and engine room of a FPSO.,
Issuance of daily, weekly and monthly reports of activities, Liaison with other departments to coordinate all activities in a safe manner, ensuring stock availability of critical and non-critical items, ensuring compliance of companys PTW system, writing of PTWs and risk assessments, further development and training of staff.
Requirements
1. During Preparation Engineering phase the candidate must have the competence to write commissioning procedures for all equipment on board, including lube oil flushing and chemical cleaning procedures.
2. Responsible for all mechanical commissioning and startup activities onboard in topside and Engine room of the FPSO, Coordination of all vendor representatives and engineers, supervision of multinational workforce. Planning of all activities corrective, preventative and predictive making use of AMOS CMMS,
3. Ensuring deadlines, project budgets, objective and goals and Schedule are met and manage in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Identify needs for operational resources support for all project phases with the Operation representative.
5.
