Accommodation Provided as per corporate standards Living Allowance Provided onsite pro rata for the days workedTransportation Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle Insurance D&D ProvidedLife Insurance ProvidedMedical Medical Coverage Provided Income Protection IP Coverage Provided Purpose:To obtain CV’s of suitable candidates that can provide direct hands-on “on the job” mentoring to onshore & offshore maintenance technicians in their execution of maintenance activities for Corrective, Preventive and Predictive activities.Position Objective:To raise the maintenance competence levels of each technician according to gap analysis obtained from the On Paper Assessments (OPA) of technical knowledge & On Job skills Assessments (OJA’s) of practical skills & behaviours.General Roles & Responsibilities:Interface with the maintenance plan to schedule OJT across all the various foremen teams.Working for the project management and very closely with the onsite maintenance co-ordinator and the HR development officers.Emphasis is to be on increasing equipment maintenance knowledge and practical skill abilities out in the physical work environments of the site through a combination of: On Job Training (OJT) will be performed dynamically in the work place in order to close the gaps identified for each individual regarding On Job Assessments (OJA). The OJT will perform with the technician as necessary during the various execution of specific corrective & preventive work order’s (WO) as scheduled.On Paper Training (OPT) sessions are to be performed to close technical knowledge gaps identified in the individual OPA’s.Personal skill coaching when appropriate during maintenance activities towards enhanced interpersonal and proactive cooperation outcomes. OEM site visit opportunities to perform OPT/OJT on specialized equipment maintenance.Issue weekly progress reports to project management and compile the monthly CAS OJT KPI spreadsheet. Maintain all necessary training registers and databases as they apply to Project Management.Key Professional Skills & Personal StrengthsProfessional Skills Native French speaker with satisfactory levels of English fluency. 15 Years hands-on experience in O&G corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance, typically as a field service maintenance senior technician/foreman. 5 consecutive years of which, were in a training / coaching / instructor capacity. Evident certification or achievements as a trainer/mentor/coach. Strong safety mindset & principles always evident in training presentations.Champion safety/hazard observation card submissions for enhanced culture. Qualified to at least senior trade’s standard or higher level engineering diploma level.Possess strong knowledge of O&G equipment related regulations & CompEx.Fully confident in the use of MS Office, CMMS & Permit To Work systems.Personal Strengths Natural leadership skills are important for influencing technicians towards higher goalsClear communicator who can present complex systems in the simplest way possible and in the best interest of learning outcomes.Strong in organization & flexibility to keep training schedules on track across several small function based teams. 1x Equipment Maintenance - On Job Trainer (OJT)Very experienced in O&G process operations & utility hands-on equipment maintenance, previously working extensively as either foremen/supervisors/instructors or specialist. Preferably French speakers. Most recently working as maintenance Instructor / Coach / Mentor from onshore/offshore O&G maintenance operations.2 x Mechanical On Job Trainers for both Rotary & Static equipment sets. Rotary Equipment including - Pumps, Compressors, Power generation turbines, Engines, Gearboxes, Bearings, Dry Gas & Mechanical Seals, Lubrication & Oil sampling, Vibration monitoring, Alignment, etc.Static Equipment including - Piping/Torqueing, Heat exchangers / Coolers, Boilers, Isolation & Control Valves, Separators, Filters, Pressure Relief & Emergency Safety Valves, Pressure Vessels, Cranes, Rigging/Lifting, System Preservation, Confined Space Work, etc. 2 x Electrical On Job Trainers – including Transformers, Generators, Motors, Power distribution panels, Cabling, Control relays, UPS’s , CompEx & Ex equipment, Infrared Thermography, etc2 x Instrument On Job Trainers – including CompEx & EEx transmitters, Metering, DCS, Fire & Gas, Small bore tubing, Control valve actuators, ESDV’s & EBDV’s, I/P convertors, etc.Key criteria to be present in the CV:01 - Education Vs.
