Required Skills:
Incident and Injury Free Culture:
This position, along with the entire team, is responsible for leading and championing the continuous development of an Incident and Injury Free © culture. Candidate must be committed to Incident & Injury Free operation. Visibly demonstrate safety culture of the Company. Possess a good understanding of safe design & operating practices including application of process safety and Human Factors Engineering.
Technical Expertise:
Prior experience in trouble-shooting, commissioning, startup and turnover of mechanical equipment is required. The position requires expertise with mechanical equipment on an offshore platform, with a focus on large rotating equipment. Familiar with industry and Company standards, specifications, and guidelines for rotating and static equipment & packaged equipment skids. Experience with vendor requirements for rotating mechanical equipment testing and commissioning is necessary.
Communication and Interface Management:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all disciplines both with the EPCI Contractor and Company site teams.
Offshore Experience:
Experience with offshore facilities and equipment required.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering & Minimum of 10-15 Years of applicable experience required.
