Responsibilities:TSD is a “Facility” engineering support provider for plant operation in relation to “nonoperation /process /licensing ” issues, i.e., Mechanical, instrument, and DCS& SIS, and electrical facilities issues from design & trouble shooting points .TSD is providing a high level technical supports / advices (consulting like services or in charge party to obtain consulting / resolution services beyond internal capability ) to chronic facility failure issues related to Mechanical, instrument, and DCS& SIS, and electrical facilitiesTSD is the leading accountable party / final approval authority (under approved company work flow for PSM) forMajor facility failure investigation (not caused by obvious operational failure, nor there is fire/leak)Management of facility changesInterlock (SIS) integrity managementManagement of technology changes related to mechanical, instrument & control, electrical hardware designRequirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in Petrochemical or refining industry.Demonstrate diverse experience providing technical support including expertise in reliability programs conditions monitoring and engineering.Knowledge of international standards and codes for rotating equipment engineer such as API610, API611, API612 etc.Knowledge of conducting Root cause analysis for rotating equipment failure.Knowledge of unit processes and operation of plants.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 8 years of experience.
