The Company:Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.The Role:The purpose of this job is to develop the Equipment Maintenance Procedures for the Project.
• Develop execution plans and schedules for development of site equipment maintenance procedures.
• Determine maintenance procedures to be developed from the Equipment Maintenance Coordinator.
• Create team to produce maintenance equipment procedures utilizing vendor installation and operations manuals (IMOI) to extract the required data.
• Establish methodology and team to collect missing IMOI data
• Create maintenance procedures in format compatible with JV ERP.
• Serve as IMOI subject matter expert.
• Ensure all as-built IMOIs are received and accounted for the production facility.
• Assist M&R Operational Readiness team with development of Equip. Reliability strategies and processes.
Education, Qualification & Experience
• Accredited 4 year Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline is required. Mechanical Engineering is Preferred.
• 5-10 years experience in at least one of the following areas: maintenance technical services, plant engineering, reliability engineering, project engineering, or design. Some contract management experience is preferred but not required.

• Turnaround Methodology
• Reliability Engineering Principles
• Compliance/ Mechanical Integrity Standard
• Engineering standards/requirements required for repairs
• Equipment Supplier Training specific to Business Technology
