We are currently recruiting for a PERMANENT Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer to be based in Germany to lead international projects on relevant rotating machinery and mentor less experienced engineers. You will be involved in all project phases and will need to have a strong background working on various types of compressors on onshore plant projects. Responsibilities: Analysis and design of major rotating equipmentInvolved in technical specifications analyze offers, generate detailed Bid analysis and lead vendor negotiationsProject execution in obtaining and specifying rotating equipmentIdentifying international standards and applicationCoordination and performance with international teamsOrganisation of inspections and test runsDetailed analysis of project contracts in detail in design & execution of rotating equipmentSupervision of equipment installation and commissioning preparationsProviding support to Proposal Manager and man-hour estimatingInvolved in risk analysis and project meetings Requirements:Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant degree qualificationAt least 10 years experience working on onshore plant projectsMUST have FEED experience to site work experienceMUST have Lead experience in leading less experienced engineersMUST have experience in compressors (centrifugal/integrally geared centrifugal/reciprocating)Experienced in steam turbines, pumps and generatorsKnowledge of all relevant API codes & standardsStrong onshore plant experience with a preference of synthetic gas (syngas)/ Natural gas (LNG/NGL)/ ChemicalsThis role is open to all international applicants with the relevant experience APPLY NOW!
