CCL has been requested by major international oil & Gas company to provide an Rotating Equipment Engineer, based in Myanmar:
Key activities shall include (but not limited to):
Support the offshore platform and onshore plant with planned preventative and corrective maintenance programmes.
Act as the deputy Mechanical Technical Authority reviewing inspection and condition monitoring programmes and confirming that any impaired equipment is still fit for operational use
Assist and monitor an Asset Assurance programmme for mechanical aspects of safety critical equipment.
Develop with Mechanical TA a life cycle reference plan for equipment maintenance and overhaul
Populate a SAP PM CMMS programme with appropriate mechanical maintenance routines.
Monitor the ongoing performance of all mechanical systems and plant and suggest and impliment improvements
Initiate investigations into poorly performing equipment and suggest and inpliment improvements.
Act as contract holder and responsible person for allocateed Service Support Contracts
Identify and implement modifications to installed plant to correct deficiencies and improve availability and reliability
Pursue urgent spare parts purchasing and review spare parts holdings
Act as Lead for OGT and Platform shutdowns, developing planes and procedures to effectively exceute and incident free Programme.
HSE responsability as take leadership role in risk mitigation and investigation of failures of mechanical equipment.
Skills Required:
10 years Onshore or Offshore Oil& Gas experience
Degree In Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Maintenance Supervision
Root Cause failure analysis on static and rotating mechanical equipment
Asset integrity assurance and restoratiojn
Shutdown management and Lead.
Demonstrated competency in managing service contractors
Strong in problem solving and engineering project management.
